I began Cait’s Plate back in 2009 as a way to share and inspire both myself and others to try new things, get creative in the kitchen, eat healthier when possible, indulge when you want to and just enjoy life to the fullest!
Over the years it has evolved into so much more as I do my best to balance a career, a social life, being active, having fun and eating really good food.
