Lately I’ve been looking through some of my favorite blogger’s old December posts to get some holiday baking inspiration. I came upon Kath’s “Deck the Blog” for Oprah series yesterday and immediately knew that it was something I needed to do – Oprah or no Oprah!
I have so many Christmas decorations (more and more every year) that it just makes good sense to deck my blog out for this holiday season – feel free to join in, I love seeing other’s decorations! 🙂

Into the bowl went:
- Strawberry Chobani
- Sliced strawberries

- Trader Joe’s Sunflower Seed Butter
- Peanut Butter M&Ms

And of course…DVR’d ABC Family Christmas shows to complete the whole morning!
(And no, I’m not 5 years old despite what it may seem).

I really need to get some holiday decorations for my apartment! I’m thinking a nice wreath and some poinsettias to spruce it up 🙂

Good thing I did not see this until I was safely removed from the M&Ms hiding in my house or they would most assuredly accompanied breakfast 😉 And all rules about childrens movies are magically removed in the month of December, right? My sister and I have been obsessed with any and all holiday movies, especially those made for ABC Family 🙂 Have a good weekend!!

I’m so ready to decorate my house tonight! I’m really looking forward to this season especially since we are really going to get festive with the boys when we go to NY in a couple of weeks! None of us can wait. I totally get the kid in you with holiday movies, I like the cartoons too. Probably because they remind me of being a kid at Christmas…there is no better feeling!

M&M’s in breakfast? Love it! 🙂 When I buy a bag of those they don’t last much longer than a few days though.

i love holiday decorations! our stockings are finally up, lights are out and greed + red decor fills the house. makes me so happy 🙂

Haha I defintiely tend to come out of the gate a little strong. Most normal people usually can wait at least a week into December before busting out the decorations so you’re not alone 🙂
Did I miss Micky’s Christmas Carol? lol If not, when’s it on, I also need to set my DVR… Watched The Grinch Cartoon a day or two ago, on DVD though, as I had two other things going on DVR that night, so I couldn’t watch it with the rest of the world, which I prefer, and which I do do with “It’s a Wonderful Life”.
So far I’ve watched “Home Alone”, and “The Grinch”, so I need to get on it… Ruldolph is also sitting on my DVR waiting for me to watch… I’ve been under the weather for a few days, and so have fallen a bit behind… Decorations are waiting for me to put up, got some Lights on my bed for Thanksgiving, but need some in the rest of the house.

Hm, I’m gonna have to try topping my Dear’s bfast bowls with M&M’s! Maybe he’ll be more interested in the Costco sized bin of oatmeal we have 😛
