Yesterday was a BIG day!
I got to take my first trip to Great Harvest!!
I was out of my mind excited!!
You walk in to the smell of freshly made breads and baked goods – it’s absolutely amazing. I could definitely get on board with working in a place scented like this! 🙂
I came away with a great stash…
Cinnamon Scone Mix, Strawberry Jam, Cinnamon Swirl Bread and an M&M scuffin(!!!)
The cinnamon swirl bread smelled SO incredible and made for an amazing brunch!
Cinnamon Swirl French Toast!
I (of course) doctored mine up with strawberries and sunflower seed butter!
So.
So.
SO good.
I HIGHLY recommend the Great Harvest Cinnamon Swirl bread for french toast – it was AWESOME,
And now it’s time to do something active!
So jealous! I wish we had one even remotely close by 😦 That breakfast looks amazing!
It really came out SO good! And I agree – everyone needs a Great Harvest nearby!!
I love Great Harvest! We had one near my house growing up, and it was always such a treat to stop by there for some special bread! I’ve never tried the cinnamon swirl – and to make it into french toast…I’m drooling!
Oh my gosh Katie it was SO incredibly good I couldn’t even believe it. I might have to try to buy you a loaf next time I’m there and ship it to you so you can have it!
Cait it’s so funny that you went to Great Harvest yesterday because I did too! I LOVE LOVE LOVE that place! I bought a loaf of their honey whole wheat and their blackberry cobbler bread..fantastic!
I’ve been eating their cinnamon swirl bread as french toast for so long and I’m SO glad you’ve discovered it! It’s so hearty and keeps you full for hours and hours! YUMMY.
Great minds think alike? 🙂

I completely agree!
My sister used to work at Great Harvest and would always bring home the leftovers-which was A LOT! My favourite is their pumpkin chocolate chip bread 🙂
Oh my gosh I would DIE if that were the case! I literally wanted every single one of the breads in there!
OH.EM.GEE! That looks sooooo yummy!! I’ve never been to a Great Harvest but now my mouth is watering for that bread and I MUST find one! 🙂
Haha I completely support you finding one – it will be worth it!!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE GH bread! Our go-to’s are the “Honey Whole Wheat” and “Cran-Orange”… Their “Red, White, and Blue” for the 4th is to die for too 😀
Red, white and blue bread!? I need to make it back there for the 4th so I can get it!!
